Ragtime Rye Bottled-In-Bond is a 100 proof rye whiskey from New York Distilling Co., made with a high-rye mash bill from New York grains and aged for at least four years. It presents the distillery's rye in a firmer, more structured style than the standard Ragtime release.

The nose shows cherry, stewed apple, candied orange peel, black tea and tobacco. The palate brings peppercorn, cinnamon, maple syrup, cherry cola and toasted rye bread, finishing with rolling spice, tobacco leaf, toasted orange peel and a hint of liquorice.
