Worthy Park 7 Years Old 2015 Rums of the World 700ml | 55%

Distilled at Worthy Park in Jamaica in 2015, this Rum of the World single cask was made from long-fermented molasses in pot stills and bottled for LMDW Singapore. Cask #WP15CA96 spent four years ageing in the Caribbean before close to four further years of maturation in France in an ex-Caroni 1996 cask.

It is a deeper, more savoury take on Worthy Park, with the distillery's fruit and funk shaped by smoky, tarry cask influence. Expect pepper, candied lemon and a light smoky edge, followed by bitter orange, ginger, roasted almond, liquorice and empyreumatic notes.
