Nose: Barley syrup, light vanilla, hints of sourdough and bold fruits with pear and apple taking the show. 

Palate: Excellent bourbon maturation with yellow fruits, more vanilla, lemon curd and touches of minerality. 

Finish: More citrus fruits, very light touches of dough and a long malt honey to close.

The Whisky Agency was established in 2008 by Carsten Ehrlich, also one of the founders of the legendary Whisky Fair in Limburg. 

Carsten uses his experience sourcing casks for The Whisky Fair to passionately select and bottle high quality single cask spirits under his own label The Whisky Agency.
