Glen Grant's elegant Speyside spirit works especially well when older bourbon-cask fruit and malt honey are allowed to stay clear and bright, as they do in this 26 year old The Whisky Agency release.

The nose shows barley syrup, light vanilla, sourdough hints, pear and apple. The palate brings yellow fruit, vanilla, lemon curd and minerality, before a long malt-honey finish with citrus fruit and a light doughy note.
