Nose: Rich maltiness, creamy vanilla, golden syrup, and white chocolate, with hints of tropical fruits.

Palate: Vanilla ice cream, custard, marshmallows, sweet spices, dark chocolate, dried fruits, and a distinctive peppery kick.

Finish: Lingering notes of smoked herbs, liquorice, raisins, and oak, with a long, tannin rich finish.
