Another exceptional Ballechin from Signatory Vintage, selected by The Nectar. This is a Ballechin to look out for if you're a fan of bold and powerful farmyard peat, alongside a perfectly balanced bourbon maturation. 

Nose: Honey, vanilla, apples and stone fruits with a lovely waft of BBQ smoke.

Palate: The honey continues with an almost bacon like note. Bananas, apples and a hint of pepper.

Finish: Medium to long finish with the apple and bacon notes still lingering.
