All Independent Bottlers

Independent bottlings are spirit merchants, both companies and individuals, who purchase casks from distilleries and bottle under their own brand or label. These spirits are often unique expressions of distilleries and often released without dilution or chill-filtration at cask strength, as such they offer an unrestricted view of a distillery’s character and distinct style.

An unavoidable side effect of bottling single casks is that once a cask is empty it’s gone forever; every single cask, even ones maturing next to each other, are all slightly and noticeably different.
