Nikka The Grain Whisky 2023 is a limited-edition Japanese blended grain whisky from Nikka's experimental Discovery Series, focusing on grain whisky's complexity by blending spirits from four distilleries (Miyagikyo, Moji, Satsumatsukasa, Nishinomiya) using Coffey stills and other pot stills, bottled at 48% for enthusiasts seeking deep grain character beyond typical blends. 

Nose: Toasty and nutty, with promiment vanilla and cereal notes, ripe tropical fruits

Palate: Creamy caramel and almond milk, followed by gentle notes of cinnamon, ginger, and liquorice, balanced with apple pie filling and orange peel

Finish: Long and balanced, with lingering notes of herbs, white pepper, mint, acacia honey, oak and lingering cereal
