Kanosuke x Saburomaru Collaboration Series 01 Double Distillery Blended Malt Japanese Whisky 700ml | 50% ABV

The first release in Kanosuke’s new Collaboration Series brings together two of Japan’s leading modern craft distilleries through an exchange of whisky between Kanosuke in Kagoshima and Saburomaru in Toyama.

Built around the idea of ‘Mellow Meets Peated’, Kanosuke’s soft, fruit-driven character is layered with Saburomaru’s distinctive peated malt, bringing gentle coastal smoke and depth to the whisky. The result balances citrus and tropical fruit, honey and vanilla with a touch of salinity, spice and lingering peat smoke.

A fascinating meeting of two very different Japanese whisky styles, and the beginning of a new collaborative series from Kanosuke.
