This Sullivans Cove American Oak single malt was matured in a single ex-bourbon barrel, with the legacy listing noting barrel code TD0985. It presents the distillery's Tasmanian malt in a brighter, vanilla-led American oak style.

The nose shows tropical fruit, candied orange, macadamia, jubes, vanilla bean, coconut, toffee and soft oak. The palate is creamy and full-bodied, with baked sweets, custard, maple, honey and integrated oak, before a medium-long finish of vanilla, cinnamon sugar, pancakes, ginger and citrus oil.
