Waterford Lacken 1.1 Heavy Peated is a complex Irish Single Malt, reflecting its unique Wexford terroir. Distilled from barley grown on Lacken farm in County Wexford and peated with Irish turf harvested from County Kildare. At 57 ppm, it is among the distillery’s most heavily peated expressions. 

Nose: Apples, pear skins, hints of orange and dried berries with layers of briny smoke and oyster shell

Palate: Big campfire smoke and driftwood, followed by apple pastries, juicy stone fruits, white peach

Finish: Long tabacco finish, sweet spices and lingering fruits
